1996 Ford E-Series Van 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 200k miles

Do i have fuel injection, and if so, is it throttle-body, or point-injection at the intake?

The TBI looks like a carbuerator and the MPFI has a fuel rail each cylinder has its own injector
