1995 Ford E-Series Van ront vents

The rear ac is blowing cool but the front isn't.Even when you put it on vent the air is warm not outside temp. Is the there a door conected to the temp control or somewhere else

Temperature blend door actuator may have broken off the arm...or door is frozen.

if the rear A/C is cold then that system must be working. there is a seperate door that changes heat and A/C for the front, and that door is most likely vacuum actuated. and ford designed the system to "fail" on heat so the windows would still defrost. so first thing I would look for is a vacuum leak, either under the hood near the firewall, or under the dash.
