I have a ford e350 work van and it was leaking a little antifreeze this morning while the van was warming up, and it eventually stopped. Doe's anyone know what this problem could be? Thank you

firstly check the vehicle still has coolant ... then you will need to find exactly where the coolant is leaking from !!
