Had a very good mechanic pull the heads, clean, etc.
A few years ago, back from San Diego, truck filled with smoke. Pulled over... cooled down... changed oil right there. Drove into Phoenix... had radiator repaired.....

I am thinking that a small crack is "somewhere" allowing water/ coolant into engine. The oil dipstick is rusted... white frothy substance around top of oil cap.

Can I add an aluminum treatment to radiator to stop water from getting into oil?...

Still runs OK though..... but I don't drive more than a mile or 2 in town. Change oil every 1000 miles.

Is there a test for leakage of this kind.....Truck has some value other than cash.

Thanks
