looks like power steering is out of alignment, eats belts, I took one off it didn't eat completely, but the new it just eats one layer at a time

power steering pulley may need to be adusted. It is a pressed on pulley. You will need a pulley puller/installer to move the pulley.
You can kind of "eye ball" the allignment of the pullies from the side to see which one needs adusted.
