1989 Ford E-Series Van V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi, My ignition seams to bind, does NOT return when released. So HOW do I remove the key cylinder to put a new one in? I also keep getting a dead battery, so I bought a brand new one, and that also dies whinin a week, so maybe the key switch, everything is OFF on the dash. Thanks

Hello,

Sounds more like the Ignition Switch not your Lock Cylinder and Key.

The Ignition Switch is located under the dash on the steering column.
