GRILLE Prop the hood in the open position. Remove the 4 screws which retain the grille center to the radiator grille support. Remove the 4 screw along the bottom of the grille. Remove the 9 plastic rivets which attach the upper grille flange to the radiator support. Pull the grille from the van. Installation is the reverse of removal. Don't tighten any fasteners until the grille is aligned. Install the plastic rivets last.

FRONT DOOR PANELS Remove the armrest. Remove the door handle and trim cup. If the van is equipped with a stereo radio, remove the speaker grille. Remove the setscrew and remove the window crank handle. On models with power windows, remove the window switch trim cup and switch. Using a flat wood spatula, insert it carefully behind the panel and slide it along to find the push-pins. When you encounter a pin, pry the pin outward. Do this until all the pins are out. NEVER PULL ON THE PANEL TO REMOVE THE PINS! Installation is the reverse of removal. Carefully pound the pins into place with the palm of your hand. Be VERY careful to avoid missing the holes and breaking the pins or tearing the panel!
