Hi ,
  i have an e-conoline van its been giving me major problems .the newest one is it is running way too rich .ive checked the carberaator ,it looked fine. My spark pluggs are black. All of them . Its smoking really bad and when I drive it its acting like the catilitic converter is clogged but it dosent have one anymore . Previous problem . So I'm really not sure what to do I dont know if I can ajust the carberator . I looked for the two screws but couldnt find any so I'm lost . Any one have any ideas?
