1979 Ford E250 Van Carburetor

I have a problem getting to the carburetor to spray carb clean in it and to change the filter. I have a 1979 Ford E250 Econoline Van with 150,000 miles on it. Can someone help me before I go ballistic? I have a 351 engine.

I would say to pull the dog house off and then you should be able to get to it . What is the carb doing. Better yet what is the problem with the van.
