what makes a 1996 ford crown vic idle fast and not return to desired rpm. it also threw a dtc code of p1506. i changed the IAC valve no luck, and i also changed the TPS sensor also no luck. HELP!!!

Check real close for vacuum leaks or cracks in the air intake boot from MAF sensor to the throttle bore.What brand IAC did you get? OEM I hope.
