87 ford crown victoria 5.0

i know this is a real bad time to bring this up but did you get the gaskets in right on a 5.0 you can get them in backwards and block off water passages. i would try a thermostat first and flush the radiator. if that don't do it i guess you know whats next :cry: gl and get back to me(NOS)also make sure your timing is right bad timing will also cause overheating.
