My Heater is not working

Yes the radiator is working, radiator cap is ok, the radiator is flowing, the coolant is ok too and the temperature is where it should be, normal. The "door", I'm not too sure about that.

Park the car in a quiet location. Shut all doors, turn the key on, wait for all dinging to stop. Then turn the heat selector from cold to hot and see if you can hear a litthe motor running followed by a dull thud. Then try it from hot to cold. If it does not make a noise, the actuator is bad. If it makes a noise and no "thud", the door is broken or the gears are stripped in actuator.

I Heater and AC will not come on. Checked and replaced relay in engine compartment, all fuses checked, blower motor works when jumped straight from 12 volt system. lights work in panel shows automatic with set temperature and fan light, but no blower motor or condensor movement.

Since you have an auto temp control system, you likely have a bad Blower Speed Control Module. They fail quite often. It's located in the blower housing, right near the blower motor.

When i turn the heater on it doesnt warm up. It continues to blow cold air. I was wondering if there is a quick fix i could possibly try cause i dont have time to take it to the shop right now

It is probably 1 of 2 things. Your blend door is stick open/closed or your valve that lets warm water into the heater core is broke. There should be 2 lines that go into the heater core into the firewall of the car. The valve should be right in that area or just on the other side of the firewall. You can manually check the valve and see if it is causing the issue. Your heater core could be clogged as well though.

I have a 2001 Ford Crown Victoria with climate control, the heater stopped working but the air conditioner still works, what is wrong with the heater or how can I fix it? If the air conditioner is NOT on it gets hot in the car, as if the heat was on but it’s not on. The air conditioner works just fine but no heat unless you turn OF the climate control. Can you help me?

Check the blend door if it feels like heat is on all the time. That is a lot of miles. Does it still run well for you?

if it's getting heat but not blowing check your underhood wiring on firewall pass side to fan / resistor/ speed control. if nuthin looks burnt melted try unplugging and re-plugging. could also be bad speed control or resistor.

First thing to check is that both heater hoses are hot to touch with the engine at normal operating temp, check that first and let me know what you find.

Car has a sound of coolant inside passenger side under dash. Coolant does not leak on floor. Heater blows hot, extremely hot. Air conditioner also blows extremely hot. AC freon level is good.

What you hear is coolant entering the heater core. It can be caused by low coolant or an air pocket in the system that needs bleed.

Heater blows cold air through all vents.

First thing to do is check your engine coolant level when the engine is cold so you do not burn yourself, unless of course you have an overflow jug that you can just check, because if the engine coolant level is low, the heater core will not have hot coolant flowing through it, it will have just lukewarm air which might just feel cool by the time the blower motor blows air across the heater core.

The blower works because it blows cold air but no warm air. The slider from blue which is cold to red which is warm makes no noise when moving like not connected. I am freezing.

Sounds like blend door control failure. The problem is that one book says that it's a cable controlled item, another says it's electronic even with a manual control.
BUT because you say you have a slider I'm going with it being a cable.
From reading the various items it appears that you might be able to reach the end of the cable that moves the blend door if you removed the glove box and reach up to the top of the heater plenum and find the cable. Then you could tell if it's that end or the control head end by moving the lever as you feel the cable. If the cable moves but the lever doesn't it's the adjuster clip that's failed. If the cable doesn't move it's in the control head. That requires you to drop the steering column and remove the dash trim panels to remove the control.

The heater just quit working out of the blue. It blows cold air like air conditioning all the time. I think its the controls but dont know how to check it.

with the engine hot and the heater controls on hot, feel the two heater hoses going into the cabin, they both should be about the same Temp, if not the heater tap is not on, check this first.

97 Ford Crown Victoria police interceptor, 68k , yes only 68k miles, 4.6liter V8

Driving today, 55-60 degrees, no heat in car, and I noticed temp gauge in red. Stopped, turned off for 5 minutes, started, still no heat, temp rose rapidly.
Car has been running GREAT with no symptoms until today. No leaks, no water anywhere, overflow bottle full. Retired police car, officers car, low miles, good maintenance. I've owned it 4 months, and this hasn't been "building" as a problem, it just appeared all of a sudden. Everyone I talked too before I bought it told me that the Crown vic P71 was basically bulletproof from repairs, so I am concerned this is a major thing. Help?!?!?

Change the thermostat to start with, those symptoms are classic stuck closed thermostat,, hopefully that'll help

i would say it is the thermastat, the lack of heat makes me think diferent, how is the fluid level? check the belts,
