INSTALL NEW ALTERNATOR. AFTER 2 MONTHS
CAR QUITS CAHRGING, CAR IS A X POLICE CAR
HAS A 130 AMP ALTERNATOR ON IT

If you still have an old battery, and you get a new alternator. You kinda force it to adapt to different a adjustment and you may have pushed it too far. Either your battery stopped taking a charge because of age or the change of input energy. Or you just burned up your new alt. for making it charge an old, undercharged battery.

Check the cable that runs from the alternator to the power distribution block. Make sure it is tight. I have a 99 Police interceptor and my wire actually was melting my B.U.S.S. Bar cause of a loose connection.
