The front doors no longer "catch" when you open them part way. They just swing shut on the person trying to get in or out of the car.

They just swing shut on the person trying to get in or out of the car.[/quote:92f10e6b80]<< check on your door hinges there is a bar with 2 notches in it and a slider check to see if they are broken or covered in grease the same thing happend to my crown vic mine was a police car and they just dumped a bunch of grease on the hinges i washed them all down with brake clean and applied wd-40 works great for me now
