Heres 2 steps that may help you fix your vehicle or point you in the right direction:
1. Locate the I.A.C. idle air control motor, which is located on the throttle body, it has a 2 prong connector; remove the I.A.C. and using air intake cleaner and straight wire brush, clean inside the throttle body where the I.A.C. bolts to it and clean inside the I.A.C. motor
2. If that doesn't take care of it, try disconnecting the mass air flow meter, its located near air filter housing. Start vehicle, if vehicle runs and idles normally, replace mass air flow meter. Problem is the pintel sensor, inside the mass air flow or electrical wiring. Don't worry, it will send a check engine light with the mass air flow being disconnected.

Hope this helps
