Replacing intake gasket because of water leaking. Are there any tricks or problems I should be aware of. How much time for a good mechanic with the right tools??

A competent tech should easily do it around 4 hours. It is a straight forward exchange. AlldataPro gives 4.1 hours to replace the gasket. Most can do it under that time.
