1989 Ford Crown Victoria distributor

1989 Ford Crown Victoria V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I had to remove the distributor and now I can not get it all the way back in. It goes all the way in but the last 1/8 inch. any help would be grate. Thanks

Have you checked inside if there is any sludge stopping it. If you are only 1/8" from getting it in, it doesn't sound like you've done anything wrong.
