windshield wiper fluid pump not working

My car has 207,000 miles and is a V-4, 2.0. The wiper fluid pump does not work. Is it simply a blown fuse or is it something else? The wipers work fine. Which fuse would it be if needed?

okay, it is fuse number twenty rating is ten color is black or it is the relay number R15 color is green. that is it that what the manual says. i always like to help somebody out.

Four cylinder front wheel drive automatic 149,00 miles

My car has some electrical issues. The intermittent windshield wipers do not work, but the other settings do. The rear defrost does not work. The twelve second time lights do not work when car is running, they stay on. The lights under the dash stay on. What could be the problem?
