the dome lights, radio & power mirrors don't respond?

the dome lights, radio & power mirrors don't respond. Cleaned wiring loom under the battery, per Ford tech recommendation; checked 10 amp 12 volt circuit breaker & all fuses in cabin...no luck.

Thank you for the donation.

Alll the components you mentioned gets it power supply from the #34 fuse (7.5 A) located in the cenral junction box, under left side of dash.

I believe it is blown.
