I have followed directions to remove the Alternator from my 98 Ford Contour and have gotten to the final steps of removing the bolts from the alternator. I have taken 2 bolts out that are the lower bolts (located right above my oil filter). I also located 2 bolts that I thought were the upper bolts, I removed one fully and the other is partially stuck due to the frame being in the way I cant pull it all the way out. Still at this point I would think I could move the alternator a bit, but it still feels as solid as if I hadnt taken any bolts out. Am I taking the correct bolts out of the alternator to remove it? Here is a picture I took showing the bolts that I think are the "Upper Bolts". Although the directions show only 1 bolt, which throws me off. Am I trying to remove the wrong ones, what am I missing?

Please disregard question. I was able to figure out that I did have the bolts removed and just needed to do some prying to break the alternator free from its bracket.

Is there any way I can get the $1 donation refunded?

Thanks much.
