1998 Ford Contour humming noise in coil pack

my car has a humming noise coming from the coil pack area. It is draining the battery over night. Could this be the starter relay switch or the egnition switch. Please let me know ,

coil pack area or fuses and relay area
remove one fuse at a time until it stop
check what that fuse control

need manual CHECK IT @
