Hello.
When I stop for gasoline, and the outside temperature is about 65 or above (later spring, summer), the pump nozzle will trip at even the slowest setting.
I can see that the gasoline is not going down the pipe very fast and is actually coming back up the pipe.
I have tried turning the nozzle upside-down, repositioning it, etc., all with the same result.
I can pump about 30 cents and the pump nozzle completely stops. Then I wait about 15 seconds for it to drain down, and pump another 30 cents or so. It takes forever to get even a half tank.
When the temperature is below 60-65, it will go in with no hesitation!
The car is old, and I don't want to make a major investment if at all possible. Any suggestions. Thanks. Joe
