1998 Ford Contour Dashlights flash with left turnsignal

I have a 98 Ford Contour with numerous electrical issues. If I use the left turnsignal with the headlights off, the dashlights flash along with the left turnsignal. Works correctly with the right turnsignal. If I turn on the headlights and attempt to use the left turnsignal it does not work with the lights on. The dashlights will dim by the left turnsignal will not flash. Again everything works fine on the right side. Along with this, my radio does not work unless the lights are on. I turn off the lights the radio powers off. My blower motor for the heater does not run either, checked fuse for the heater it is fine. If I leave the fuse in for my power mirrors my brake lights and dash lights stay on non stop. I would appreciate any help or direction you can give me.
