1996 Ford Contour turns over but wont start

i have a 96 ford contour we just replaced the transmission in it. before we pulled the motor the car cranked fine. now it turns over but doesnt get fire, we replaced the wiring harness, the old one was in bad shape, and it still doesnt get fire its getting fuel pls help

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors- Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
