O/D light starts blinking?

I drive fine for about 20min then O/D light starts blinking, but dont know what would be the cause of this, then on the expres I am fine but when I have to slow down due to light traffic, as I go forward the car feels like someone is playing bumper car with me, since it kicks every time i give it a go even a bit, but then its fine.

Hello,

This could be an issue with the overdrive switch. The wires that connects to the switch could be shorted out and making the overdrive be on and off back and forth.
This should be the first item to check. It is connected to the button that you press on the gear lever.
You will have to remove the gear lever to get to he switch.

Another possibility that you could have an issue with the over drive servo, that is in the transmission. To service that part you will have to disassemble the transmission.
