hello there, i was wondering if there is anyone there that has had prior expierience with Ford Contours and that might be able to help answer my questions? I'm having major electrical issues and for whatever reason i replace a component on my car and it runs for one day then refuses to start up again. The lights dim when i am driving and the car "sputters" when i am coming to a stop. I suspect this could be the fan belt or possibly the wiring on my cars engine compartment, i suspect this because Ford took shortcuts when designing this car and used "half-assed" wiring that when exposed to moisture degrades a lot faster than if the wires were dry. I hope i gave enough information and that i would be able to get an answer.
