I have a 1993 Ford Bronco 5.0 with 185,XXX miles. When I start it, it runs fine. But as soon as I drive it, the engine has a slight knock and the Oil Gauge shows no pressure. I just changed the Oil with 10W-30, and the dipstick shows full oil. A mechanic told me that if it were the oil pump, then it would be making the knocking noise as soon as I start it. Any suggestions? No sluge in the oil. Heavier Oil??
