I just replaced my front rotors/hubs, bearings, seal, and padson my Bronco. After everything was reinstalled I took it for a test drive. After speeding up to 40 mph and slowing it worked fine, until 7-5 mph. My ABS would engaged and would pulse on 1 side only (drivers side) until fully stopped. I did notice during the install of the rear seal on the rotor, On 1 of the seals it was flush to the ABS gear and the other side, the seal stuck out further (1/16) on the side the we are having the problem . I took it back to the auto parts store and compaired it to the rotor they had in stock (it was the same as the problem side). They suggested it could be the ABS sensor and that could fix the problem but wasn't sure. Nope, The only thing it did was pull money out of my pocket, it still does it. I currently unplugged the ABS line and it functions normal ,like it did before I changed everthing out.

Can you help?

Is the rotor thicker? Also, make sure the sensor is clean and doesn't have a film of grease on it. Let me know. You may have to try a different parts store to get the right rotor / seal.
