My truck has been very well maintained and has 83,000 miles - full synthetic oil, etc, etc.
Recently, the check engine light came on so...off to my friend and Ford mechanic. Sam replaced the 3 oxygen sensors-the light was still on after replacing the sensors and then i noticed the truck idling VERY rough on hot days right after start-up and while idling at a stop on hot days. Sam re-checked and said the computer was bad. He completed a COMPLETE tune-up and the rough idle problem still exists - he suggested to replace the IAC (it think that's the air control valve?) any other suggestions or advice??
