Brakes problem
1994 Ford Bronco V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I just put a 5" lift and 35"x12.50 tires a week later my ABS light came on & my brakes felt sponge almost to the floor replaced master cylinder still the same bleed them 4 times they felt good till i drove a mile down the road ABS came on brakes went bad now it shakes bad my ABS is on when i stop all the time. dont know what to replace next. HELP!!!!

Hi
Check the speed sensor on rear diff and the toothed sensors on fronts. See if wiring is attached the 5" body lift may have taken all the slack out. When you changed master did you bench bleed first? if not you introduced air into ABS module and needs to be bleed using a scan tool.

Thanks for donate[/quote:f16ba072bb] hi bob yes i bled master cylinder checked the speed sensor. plenty of slack. i put the master cylinder on after the ABS light came on didn't make any change in the brakes. last night before i got home they felt almost good but this morning they were sponge and its not shaking any more. thanks for any help

Did you upgrade the brakes with thes VERY large wheels? If not, they are overheating and boiling the fluid inside the hydraulics, You need larger rotors, heavier calipers and maybe even crossdrilled rotors.
