1993 Ford Bronco heater doesn't work

BLOWER MOTOR INOPERATIVE Turn ignition on and blower switch momentarily to each position. Check for voltage and ground at blower motor connector. If both voltage and ground are present, test blower motor. If voltage is not present, check fuses, function selector knob and wiring. If ground is not present, check blower resistor, blower switch and wiring.

Thanks for the quick response, I've checked everything you suggested but no power at the blower harness, all fuses are good, not getting power at the fuse box where the 30 amp fuse is, so I tapped an inline fuse to that wire from a good spot on the fuse box, still no power at the blower harness, but power at the switch. Also I couldnt get my hands on a resistor till tommorrow so I checked it with my meter and I have continuity throughout the resistor and I could get 12 volts throughout when I had one lead on the pos. battery terminal and the other lead on any part on the resistor. Does this mean the resistor is good? I am completely stumped, the only thing I can think of is that a wire is broke somewhere but there isn't any signs of extreme heat, stress or abrasions. Any ideas?

Check the switch, from what you are saying you have power to the switch, but no power after it. Ford connectors tend to melt at the switch, is your connector OK? If you run two wire straight from the battery to the blower does it work? Last test ignition switch contiuity, could be a problem with one of the accessory wires.

In response to your PM, test for no ground, do this by probing the hot wire and a body ground point with black lead of meter, if you get voltage that way then the resistor, wiring or blower switch is NG I will email a PDF of the wiring diagram, check the two fuses shown in this diagram.
