I recently purchased a 1992 ford bronco and the previous owner had just had a new 5.0 liter v8 installed and said he drove it for about 100 miles and the trans started to slip so he parked it .. Now it's my problem :) I've started it put it through all the gears and it seens like you can feel it engage but it will only move very slowly no matter how fast you run the engine .. Saw some trans fluid coming out of the bell housing .... fluid levels were ok at that time... wondering if its just the torq converter or a tranny overhaul ... either way any ideas ?? or what it may cost $$$$ thanks ...

suspect torque convertor .. R/R of transmission is 6/7 hours labor charge plus the cost of parts !
