1992 Ford Bronco Base Idle Set Screw Procedures

I have a problem on my Ford Bronco that when i have it in drive and i step on the throttle and release quickly the RPMs dip down to abt 500 to 450RPMs then comes back up to about 750RPMs. my problem is the truck wants to stall for example, when im in traffic and i step on the throttle and let go quickly it would want to stall for a moment then come back up on the RPMs. i checked everything on the motor, IAC Motor, vacuum pressure, fuel pressure, i scanned the computer and no codes came up, i physically inspected the motor and everything is fine. now there is an idle set screw on the throttle body and i wanted to know if theres a bulletin on where to set that screw so the venturis (Throttle body Flaps) can be properly adjusted. all i know is when one is going to set the idle, they have to disconnect the IAC motor (Idle Air Control) to set a true idle and then connect the IAC back. the problem somewhat got remedied after i did that but its not up to standards, it still does the stalling but not as bad. if theres any information on the procedures to adjust the idle set screw on the throttle body I'd greatly appreciate it.
