I was driving uphill at about 45 miles per hour and I heard a rattle under the hood like the noise a car would make when it has cheap regular gas in it and then it started to smoke and loose power and I pulled over. A friend looked at it and said I lost a freeze plug. It was towed home and the freeze plug was replaced and there was water coming out of the tailpipe and in checking the oil there is coolant in the oil. Any suggestions??????? I been told the heads need to be pulled and it looks to be a very time consumiong job. I love my bronco. Does anyone have any advice for me?

Yes heads must come off you have blown head gaskets and possible warped or cracked heads.
