The engine runs hot, but the heater blows cold. I've replaced the thermostat, and flushed the radiator. Could it be a wiring issue?

Hi:
It sounds like the radiator is still plugged. You may want to consider having it rodded out. Sometimes spraying water through it isn't enough.
As far as the heat, are both heater core hoses getting hot when the engine is hot, running and the heat is on?
