I have change calipers and the master cylinder and bled brakes but after all was said and done, i have air in my lines three large bottles of brake fluid later. I have checked all lines and coonections for signs of a leak but there are none. What would be causing the air in the lines

Check the calipers, are the bleeder screws on top? If not U installed them on the wrong side, if this is not the probem, did you bench bleed the master?

OK I would get brass plugs and remove the steel lines at the master, insert and tighten the plugs, pump the brake pedal until it wont move, reattach the lines and bleed the lines until air at the master is gone, then bleed the wheels, this time you need an extra guy because while bleeding the brakes, have some one hold the propotioning valve button in, bleed and see how they are. By the way, what kind of pressure are you getting from the rear brakes? And did you check the wheel cyls. for leakage? all lines for signs of wetness?
