Car cuts out when you accelerate. I have changed plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor, and fuel filter. It still cuts out. Please help.

What do you mean by cuts out? Does it die completely? Does it not accellerate at all? Need to know a little more about the problem.

Ok first I would go for your fuel filter. It's probably pretty old and it's a cheap solution. You're probably gonna need specialty tools to disconnect the fuel lines but I'd ask just to be sure when you go to pick it up. Try that and let us know.

It sounds like your fuel pump could also be failing, if you haven't already replaced it, that could be your next step.

I don't think it's the fuel pump. It seems to be getting enough gas. Could it be the catalytic converter is stoped up?

I am sure it's clogged fuel injectors. But need to test my theory as yet. I will let you know when I replace them.
