Hoping you can hel me here.

Can you tell me how to replace the Hydraulic arms to the rear Hatch door

#2 can you tell me how to resolve a side door sagging issue and is it possible to Adjust/lower the Latch assembly?

#3 Can you tell me how to resolve my loose Driver Side door. Now it shakes/vibrates like crazy with a ton of wind noise at high speeds

The rear hydraulic rams....... they either bolt in, (see new ones) or the spring clip must be removed before it will release from the mount. Do you already have new ones?
Sagging door. Could be bad bushings , lose mount bolts or both. Im not aware of the latch being able to adjust down, more in and out.
The drivewrs door. You can try adjusting the striker bolt in to get the door to seal better, sometimes the plastic around the striker breaks off and causes it to be loose
