Engine Performance problem
1995 Ford Aerostar 6 cyl Automatic
My husband replaced the plugs and the wires, distributor cap and R-button...however when we started the car at first, it sounded nice but when we went to drive around the block, it had no "get up and go", tok time to get into gear and back fired constantly. Once we got home, i turned it off for him to take another look and now the van wont start....I need to go to work and I am stuck...please help with any ideas:) Thanks

Waited 15 minutes, went out and tried to start it again, after many tries, it tried to roll over 3 times but had no fire catching to continue the start of the engine....
