My van stalled and I can not get it started it turns over but will not try to hit it sounds like its flooded and you can smell gas. I was told it could be the Fuel pressure regulator. But I can not find it either. any advice would be very helpful.

The regulator is located on the passenger side of the fuel rail, under the upper intake manifold. But I cannot remember if it is integrated into the fuel rail itself. Do you know if you have spark?
