1990 Ford Aerostar Gas tank removal

i am havin a hard time removing the gas tank because the lil slip nut type things are breakin off an i can finish gettin the bolt out. i was wondering if yall had any suggestions on how to get those bolts out?? thank you..

Usually i cut the tank straps off with bolt cutters, i then install new ones when i put the tank back up.

the straps are cheap and are usualy rusted and it saves alot of time.
