Flushing coolant

It appears you are talking about when you flush the engine by continuing to fill the engine with water and get it hot and drain the radiator again until the water runs clear. If this is the case, then you are fine using 50/50. It will be slightly diluted so what I would do is run the same process a couple times with adding 50/50 back in and then get the engine hot and drain it and then fill it again with 50/50. Clearly this is a waste of coolant but it will work.

Otherwise, I would just pick up a gallon or two of straight coolant and fill it with this. The reason is, there is no way to completely drain the block and heater hoses without removing them. Your engine does not have drains in the coolant passages for the block so you would have to use a flush machine that actually uses pressure to push the new coolant in and pull the old coolant out.

If you want to try and use the engine to flush this, you can remove the upper radiator hose and run one end (from the engine) into a bucket, and then you will need to fit something to the radiator so that you can turn the engine on and allow the water pump to circulate the coolant. Then when the thermostat opens, you will see the water come out into a bucket and then as you pour the 50/50 into the radiator, you will see the water in the bucket start to turn green. This is when you can stop the engine and then reconnect everything and top off the system.

With this understanding I can now proceed to flushing my radiator coolant.
I'm no mechanic so extra gallons of coolant should do the work.
