Flashing warning lights

I crank the truck and all the dash warning lights start flashing and gauges start bouncing. I can cut the truck off and restart and it will be fine. now it acts like it is not getting fire on first crank, but fires up on second.

scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge, it is advisable to have a mechanic scan this with his scanner instead of auto parts because of dash problem.
