LED's are hyper-flashing

Where is it the flasher located and will it stop my LED's from hyper-flashing?

Hi,

Attached is the location of the flasher for the hazards. However, can I ask if you just installed the LED's and they starting flashing this way? Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens.
