Where is the Flasher located?

The turn signal flasher is on the fuse block in the interior, the hazard flasher is there as well.

Because of the model year, the information available is very limited. The only thing listed in my manual says on the fuse box. See pic below

I did find the OEM part number. It is 8198016010. I attached a pic of the relay below to help locate it. Also, if you type in Toyota part number 8198016010, you will get more information.
