My car listed above Royal model was driving fine, but then I changed the spark plugs and ignition wires and now it will start but will not stay running.

Did you accidentally put some spark plugs wires back in the wrong spot?

Okay, let me know if they are correct and make sure all the spark plug wires make a click noise when putting them on the spark plugs.
Also, did you gap the spark plugs to 0.060"?

Well, make sure the spark plug wires on the coil are on correct too, with starting with number one toward the front.
If they are correct chances are that the spark plugs may actually be gas fouled by now from the engine not running. Remove and clean the spark plugs with some carburetor cleaner or starting fluid. Let them dry for a few minutes or blow them dry, put them back in a try again.
If still nothing, try a few shots of starting fluid into the throttle opening.

If so and still no start, check if you blew the ignition fuse, if there is a check engine light on, have the codes read to see if any refer to why it will not start and check for a spark on at least one spark plug wire.
