Code reads as a injector circuit malfunction cylinder1. How do I repair this problem?

Is this a 1965 Ford Fairlane? If it is, was there a conversion done to this?

It is a 1965 Fairlane with a 1970 motor, 302. 5.0.

1970 is too early for fuel injection and a code. Try again.

It has a Fitech EFI 3003.

You would need to talk to Fitech as this is not anything that would be covered in normal service information. The code itself means there is an issue with the fuel injection. Could be an injector or wiring issue. However as this is a custom four injector unit that is not really service friendly the company would be the first place I would talk to.
