Attached is the firing order. However, if you have a misfire on cylinder 4 only, have you swapped plugs, injectors, and performed a compression check? If you swap them with another cylinder it should move if it is the plug or injector. Clearly do one at a time so you know which it is.

Then we need to check compression and make sure that is okay.
