My Volkswagen Passat v6 has no AC compressor pulley or bypass pulley. Trying to find a serpentine belt that will fit.

I do not have the part number information you are looking for unfortunately.
If you call a VW dealer and give them your VIN they will be able to give you the VW part number you need for the belt fitted as standard. You can then contact other parts suppliers and they will be able to sell you the same part from other manufacturers using part number interchange.
Did the vehicle originally have A/C and it has been removed?
You can always remove the old belt and measure it or take it to a parts store and they should be able to match it.
