HVAC blower motor will not shut off unless I remove the fuse?

Both the radio and climate control panel are not lit up and do not work. At first the car was blowing hot air all the time, now it’s cooler air this happened after I replaced the Final Stage. Any clue as to what I should try next? I saw one person said they got a new climate control computer, but I am not sure what they mean by that exactly. Please help.

Hi,

Was the blower motor doing this prior to replacing the final stage? If it was, confirm the connector at the final stage is in good condition. The red wire with a blue tracer is the power supply. Make sure the connector didn't overheat and is allowing the pin to touch others.

Let me know what you find.
